Difficulties I work with

Due to the breadth of my training, I can offer specialist psychological assessment and therapy for a wide range of difficulties. Some people come to therapy with a specific emotional difficulty they would like to work on, such as anxiety or depression. Others come to therapy to explore relationship difficulties or patterns they have noticed repeating in their lives, or even to learn more about themselves.

I have a particular interest and expertise in working with trauma, whether that be a single incident trauma (such as a car accident) or multiple and repeated events early in life or in adulthood.

Examples of some of the difficulties I can help with are listed below. Please note this is not an exhaustive list. If you would like support for anything not listed then please feel free to contact me to discuss how I can help you

-Anxiety (including health anxiety, phobias, social anxiety, panic attacks and generalised anxiety disorder)

-Depression and low mood

-Trauma and post traumatic stress resulting from difficult life events

-Difficulties with relationships with others

-Anger

-Grief, bereavement and loss
